Manufacturing Lead Times
Many of the jewelry items we sell are in stock and ship within 1 business day (holiday seasons may delay shipping). However, some jewelry requires assembly before shipment. The estimated “ships in” time is usually within one business day unless we email you otherwise. The “ships in” time refers to the time it takes for the jewelry to be made to order, inspected for quality, packed and prepared for shipment. We will notify you immediately if an item is temporarily out of stock.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You may safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Sorry, we do not accept COD.
Pricing Disclaimer
Despite our efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be incorrectly priced. If a product is listed at the wrong price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information, Soul Purpose Gifts retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item’s correct price is lower than our listed price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our listed price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You may, of course, purchase the item at the correct price.

Repairs
If your jewelry requires repair, please submit your inquiry via email us and we’ll reply within 1-2 business days. Many of the items we sell have generous warranties.

Offer only applies to delivery to U.S. street addresses in the contiguous United States. Offer exclude shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, other countries, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. This promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. This offer cannot be applied to prior purchases.
All free shipping orders are shipped via US Postal Service. If you request expedited shipping, you will be responsible for the additional costs over US Postal Service non-expedited charges if you qualify for free shipping. All other orders will be shipped at our discretion at lowest cost.
Please allow one to two business days expected delivery time, plus manufacturing and processing time. All orders are subject to credit and address verification.

We MUST charge 7.25% sales tax to all California residents. If your billing address is in California, you will be charged sales tax. We do not charge sales tax to customers with billing addresses outside California.

For the original owner of a piece of Soul Purpose Gifts jewelry we will happily perform the following services for free:
Repair of workmanship or material defects at the time of original delivery.
Complete replacement if the above repairs cannot be made. This is up to our discretion.
